Cancellation Policy:
At Arkad Detailing, we strive to offer our clients the best possible experience. To ensure that our services are available to all and to manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
Cancellation Fees:
A booking fee will be required for clients who have canceled three or more consecutive appointments.
The booking fee is set at $25 and will be applied to secure your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, the booking fee will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, the booking fee will be retained.
Inclement Weather Policy:
At Arkad Detailing, we understand that unpredictable weather conditions can impact your plans. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other adverse conditions, we want to ensure your convenience and safety. If you have scheduled a detailing service and the weather is not suitable for the service to be performed effectively, we offer the following options.
Rescheduling: If the weather is not conducive to a proper detailing experience, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment. We'll work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time at no additional charge.
Flexibility: Our priority is your satisfaction and safety. If you're uncomfortable with the weather conditions on the day of your appointment, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate your concerns and find a solution that suits both parties.
Cancellation: If the weather conditions are severely adverse, and you're unable to reschedule, we understand. You can cancel your appointment without incurring any cancellation fees. Please reach out to us as soon as possible in such cases.

While we employ safe and effective washing techniques, such as our Pinnacle Wash, for delicate paint, failing to disclose damaged or sensitive areas may increase the risk of further damage during a pressure wash. Arkad Detailing is not liable for any damage that may occur to your vehicle's paint or clear coating if such conditions are not disclosed before the wash.

Cancellation Fees:
This complimentary Basic Exterior Wash is available to each customer once per calendar month.
The offer is applicable only to our Basic Exterior Wash package and does not include any add-ons or enhancements.
The free Basic Exterior Wash cannot be accumulated or carried over to subsequent months if unused.
Any missed months cannot be compensated in the following months.
The offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
To avail of the free Basic Exterior Wash, customers are required to provide their booking details and schedule the service within the calendar month.

Liability Water Transport Fee : This fee covers the safe and secure transportation of water to your location, ensuring that the necessary water supply is available for the car care service.
Water Fill Fee : The water fill fee covers the replenishment of water used during the service, ensuring that our team has access to an adequate water supply to deliver a thorough and efficient car wash experience.

Soiled Levels and Pricing: Our Interior Refresh Package starts at a base price of $120. However, please note that the actual service cost may vary based on the condition of your vehicle's interior. We categorize soiled levels as follows, with corresponding modifiers:
Dusty (Least): No additional charge
Slightly Dirty: +$35
Dirty: +$50
Grimy: +$65
Filthy (Most): +$95
Disastrous (Special Case): +$150 (or more, depending on inspection)
Vehicle Size Modifiers : In addition to soiled levels, we also account for the size of your vehicle with the following modifiers to the starting price:
Compact and Sedan: No additional charge
Small SUV: +$15
Large SUV/Minivan: +$25
XL SUV/Minivan: +$35
Oversize SUV/Truck: +$45
Flexible Soiled Level Adjustment : We strive to provide you with accurate pricing that reflects the level of care your vehicle requires.
